Glimpses of Childhood, pt.2: Hide and seek
As a kid, I loved hiding under covered chairs when my parents got home, and they would pretend-search for me. or we would make couch pillow fortresses with my cousin at our grandparents’ house.

Glimpses of Childhood, pt.3: Foam time
As kids, my cousin and I used to wake up super early during the holidays we spent at our grannies, my grandpa would be already up getting ready for shaving. we would sit beside him and loved to watch his preparations, and while he shaved, he would put little blobs of foam on our faces too and we’d laugh a lot.

Glimpses of Childhood, pt.4: Independent play
As a kid, both my parents were working and that meant for me, as a single child, long hours of arts, crafts, and playmaking on my own. As it turns out, independent play as a kid has an important role in fostering imagination, boosting creativity, developing a strong sense of independence and confidence both as a child and in later periods of life.
